Our engagements typically follow three stages:
1. Merchant Cost Advisory (No Upfront Cost)
A performance-based review of your merchant fees. There's no cost to start, we only get paid if we achieve savings. If we reduce your merchant costs, our fee is an agreed share of the verified savings.
2. Business Health Check (Fixed Fee)
A fixed fee, High-level review of your end-to-end payments structure, including receivables and payables. We assess your current setup (fees, channels, processes and controls) and provide practical recommendations to improve efficiency, visibility and cash flow.
3. Advisory & Implementation Support
Hands-on support working with banks, payment providers and technology partners to help implement recommendations and ensure the new setup is embedded smoothly
